Maria Śliwka (later Serkiz, later Pankowa, December 7, 1935 – March 30, 1997) was a Polish volleyball player who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Biłgoraj and died in Wrocław.
In 1964 she was part of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. She played all five matches.
